We’ll miss you.
TV on the Radio bassist Gerard Smith passed away earlier today after a battle with lung cancer, according to the band’s official site. Their beautiful recent video for “Killer Crane” features photos of the group throughout the years, and it feels especially poignant right now.

How To Be A Hipster -
Your neighbour.
My only neighbour is Mary, she’s 53 and has a puppy named Bella. And of course, she lives next door to me. That is what a neighbour is.
But. What if you thought about it in another way.
At school, your friends, the people you sit next to…your neighbour. Could one of them be a hipster? I know quite a few. And the thing that surprises me the most: they do not know they are a hipster. Are you a hipster? Is the person sitting next to you now thinking about you as their neighbour, and how you annoy them to great lengths?
